Step 4:- After attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi. Educational Certificates will be sent to Embassy / Consulate for further attestation / legalization.
However, the process of Attestation as defined by Ministry of External Effairs (MEA), New Delhi, India where Educational Certificates had to be attested by the State HRD Department is not mandatorily.
