Step 1:- Documents & Certificates will be sent to the University for Verification by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department.

Step 2:- Upon verification received from the University, Human Resource Development (HRD) Department will attest the original Documents & Certificates.

Step 3:- Once original Documents & Certificates is attested by HRD Department. Original Degree Certificate will be sent to Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi for Apostille attestation / legalization.

Below are the process of attestation / legalization of Personal Certificates from Apostille Attestation in India, it's a chain process.

The process of Apostille Attestation as defined by MEA where Personal Certificates had to be attested by the Home Department is mandatorily.

Step 1:- Documents & Certificates will be sent to the District for Verification by the Home Department
